I found this yummy sounding recipe for marinating/grilling pork chops and a video on how to choose the perfect chop. It is very informative but not too much info to were your over loaded.
This mouthwatering marinade will have you turning your back on store-bought rubs for good. The blend of mint, lemon, cayenne, and honey is a combo of unexpected flavors, especially with some smoke from the grill.

Recommended Sides

These chops are delicious with

*Roasted Red-Skinned Potatoes *Potato Salad
*Green Salad
*Corn On The Cob ( I prefer sweet)

This, I can not forget… Plus it is so easy just combine the spices (which what I love is convenience, and this rub uses several of the most common spices in your pantry, so you can whip these up in no time but don’t forget to check your propane, I’ve done that before.. Pulled every thing out marinated the meat and went to fire up the grill and no go had to bake them instead…
